Data deletion
Horizon Business Operations, Rochester and Brockport, New York.
You can disconnect Horizon from Facebook and from Google yourself. You can also email us, and we will delete the data we hold.
Disconnect Horizon from Facebook
On Facebook, open Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations > Remove.
- Open Facebook.
- Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business integrations.
- Find Horizon and choose Remove.
Removing Horizon there stops Horizon from accessing that Facebook account.
Disconnect Horizon from Google
Go to myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party connections and remove Horizon. The page is at myaccount.google.com.
- Open myaccount.google.com.
- Open Security.
- Open Third-party connections.
- Find Horizon and remove it.
Removing Horizon there stops Horizon from accessing that Google account.
Ask Horizon to delete data
Email blake.harris@horizonbusinessops.com from the address we have on file. Tell us the business name and what you want deleted.
We delete that data within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it is done.
Disconnecting Facebook or Google removes Horizon's access. Email us if you also want the data we already stored deleted.
